本公司網上產品一般不包括運費，客戶於網上訂購時可選擇以下取貨方式：
- 自取。
- 速遞 (只限工商業區)。
- 本公司代為安排貨運，客人自行付款給貨運公司。
- 1. 當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨時間或會延遲。
2. 如因客戶問題，貨品到達送貨地點後無人收貨，所有重新安排送貨及一切額外費用將由客戶承擔。
因路面情況難以預計， 恕無法指定到貨時間，不便之處，敬請原諒。
4. 以下地區不設速遞服務：
昂坪、貝澳、赤臘角、大澳、大澳碼頭、大嶼山、馬灣、梅窩、梅窩碼頭、石壁、塘福、天壇大佛、屯門內河碼頭、香港廸士尼、香港國際機場、香港會議展覽中心、愉景灣、長沙、竹篙灣
5. 住宅、學校及教堂均屬特殊地區，速遞費用須另外報價
Products purchased online from our company generally do not include shipping fees. When placing orders online, customers can choose the following delivery methods:
- Self-pickup.
- Courier service (limited to commercial and industrial areas).
- Our company can arrange freight on behalf of the customer, with payment made directly to the freight company.
- When a typhoon signal No. 8 or a black rainstorm warning is in effect, delivery times may be delayed.
- If, due to customer issues, no one is available to receive the goods upon arrival at the delivery location, all costs for re-arranging delivery and any additional fees will be borne by the customer.
- Due to unpredictable road conditions, we regret that we cannot specify exact delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- The following areas do not have courier services:
Ngong Ping, Pui O, Chek Lap Kok, Tai O, Tai O Pier, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Mui Wo, Mui Wo Pier, Shek Pik, Tong Fuk, Tian Tan Buddha, Tuen Mun Inner Port Pier, Hong Kong Disneyland, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Discovery Bay, Cheung Sha, Bamboo Bay.
- Residences, schools, and churches are considered special areas; courier fees for these locations will be quoted separately.
